The ITEM System is a computerised expert system for evaluation, screening and occupational counseling.

The system includes a wide variety of cognitive tests, a self-report personality questionnaire and an occupational interests inventory, and is available in numerous languages, including English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Arabic and Hebrew.

The system is tailor-made for each organisation. Based on a comprehensive job analysis, a specific set of tests is built for each specific job.
